Once you feel comfortable with the statement, look at how you can improve upon it even further. Inject the personality of your company, or jazz it up with active verbs and other colorful words that will engage your reader.
5. Test it on your employees:

6. Keep it top-of-mind:
Post your mission statement on your website. Add it to the “About” section on your social media pages. Make it visible. Also request that each of your employees become familiar with your mission statement to ensure that they keep your values and goals top-of-mind at all times.
